The itis
I've been having a bad case of the various itis. No, I'm not talking about that overwhelming feeling of sleepiness that comes after you've eaten too much food. That type of itis, I sure don't mind. Two weeks ago the doctor said I had bronchitis and apparently now I have sinusitis. The worst part is that there isn't medication I can take to stop the coughing until I get the sinus areas drained. In all honesty, I can deal with the sinus areas, it's the coughing that sucks and it's the thing that they can't get rid of directly.
Let's take a closer look at itis. What exactly does it mean when the doctor tells you that you have some sort of itis. In a nutshell, it means you've got inflammation of a certain body part. Did you know that there are over 50 types of itis? That's a lot of inflammation possibilities that can go on with your body. I'm just glad that I don't have an itis involving any of the regions that determine whether you pee standing up or sitting down if you catch my drift!

Yikes! Seems like you've been sick for too long! I hope you are feeling better soon.
I tried looking up on how to get rid of phlegm. But it was no help...the web says you should just hack it up. (great help)

you pee standing up?
I know, I've been sick for the past 4 weeks and with each week, the symptoms keep changing. I went to the doctor yet again today. He was like, "are you around sick people a lot?" Whoever gave me something from that weekend definitely put a number on me. I had to get a strep test ($25) and I don't have it, I have a slight fever, and he prescribed me some crazy expensive medication. $48 for just 3 pills!! These better freaking work or do something cool like pee out a rainbow. I've been coughing really bad at night so I can't get any sleep so the past 2 nights I've been chugging the Nyquil. If I were a guy, the hacking would be easy but I've tried and it doesn't work, instead I feel like I'm about to hurl.
Who doesn't pee standing up? Such silly questions.
