A new pain

I am seriously going to flip out with all this crap that keeps happening! I was petting a family member's dog and out of nowhere it just bit me - a really hard nasty bite on my finger. I'm talking about the kind where I thought my finger would've been ripped off. I've never been bit this hard intentionally before. The worst part was that I couldn't scream or even cry about how painful it was. I had to suck it in and smile as if it was just a scratch. It was bleeding like crazy and my hand was shaking from the pain. Since it was one of my many new year's dinner, we all should refrain from being negative - that was the roughest few hours of my life. Honestly, I'm scared to cut apart the bandages and look at the cuts before going to bed.
