Skipping to dessert

Dah, too many days went by without posting. So I'm just going to give you the "wham, baam, thank you ma'am" version.....

  • Susan and Matt are now engaged! Congratulations!!
  • Balls to the wall went well and I even got a semi-noogie
  • Even the crazy Nor'easter couldn't keep us from our play. I was soaked completely, boots, jeans, even my entire armpit area down to my sides. It even started to massively leak, even though it looked like a small waterfall to me, inside the theater. But regardless, I LOVED In the Heights! It's a mix of hip hop, salsa, and merengue - right up my alley. The girls enjoyed it too and gave me the thumbs up for my choice. For some reason, they were switching everyone's seats and we got bumped closer, 4th row in the front.
  • Played hooky with the girls and went shopping instead of working. Nine hours of fun times (we stopped to eat twice). We also tried on a lot more stuff than we bought, every sales person's nightmare. Oooh, I got more yummy teas and introduced them to it as well. Strangely that day, a lot of other shoppers felt the need to spill their life story to me. They'd bump into me while browsing and then just strike up this massive tell-all conversation.
  • My uncle 6 is back from HK/China and everything went well! So I'll be keeping my fingers crossed. He got Cinny a bunch of outfits so I will slowly be posting those.
  • Rangers brooming their way into the semi-finals! Thanks to Kevin, now I have a nice newspaper page of Lundqvist taking off his mask.

My uncle sent home a box of chips and snacks for me. I love the brand Calbee but flavors are extremely limited in the US. He also got me this light changing clock (he's amazed by it so I'm pumping my excitement up for him), and the Keroro! The head just sways from side to side, going "la la, la la, la la". Okay, I just make that sound.
