Yep, there's 24 of them...your eyes aren't playing tricks on you. I had a little factory going on today, all the ingredients lined up for the next batches. Since I don't own one of those timers, I had to rely on jotting down the times on paper. With the way I normally like to do things, the organization felt a bit weird.

the look good. kinda remind me of the egg steamed cake. have no idea if you know what i mean by that...but it's a chinese cake made mostly of eggs, and it's steamed instead of baked. very light and fluffy. =)
Of course I know what you're talking about...we're like 2 peas in a pod. These are definitely baked though, cakey on the outside, mochi/rice cakey on the inside.
